RE: SECURITY/PARKING/ONECARD RELOCATIONS
DATE: FRIDAY JANUARY 12, 2007
Reminder: Facilities has made recent changes to several service areas with the goal of providing better services to our students, staff and visitors. These changes primarily affect parking, OneCard, security, lockers and bus passes. Key changes include the following, which takes affect January 12, 2007:
Campus Security Services
- Will be located in Room 117 (in the north hallway immediately next to the Mailroom).
- Office hours for Room 117 will be Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (extended hours will occur in the near future)
- The Campus Security Team can be reached 24/7 at the same number, (608) 243-4357 (HELP); for life threatening emergencies immediately call 911 services (by dialing “9- 911� on campus phones).
Services include:
- Security
- Locker Rentals
- Bus Passes
- OneCard
- Walk-in daily visitor parking

(NOTE: The Downtown location OneCard and bus passes will continue to be handled in the Student Life Office, room D237, for the time being.)
Operations Manager and Parking Office
- Will be located in Room 118 (next door to Campus Security) with the rest of the Facilities group.
- Hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Phone numbers are unchanged (see key staff).
Services include:
- Parking stickers for students, administration and staff
- Extended temporary permit requests
- Advance parking for meetings
- Guest parking requests
