Instructional Technical Support at DTEC

As a part-time Instructional Technical Support Specialist, Kelly Ratliff is
available at the DTEC to assist instructors and staff who work at the DTEC or Dane County Adult Continuing Education Department sites with applications-level software questions and first-level trouble-shooting of computer equipment.

Kelly also will conduct orientation for new staff with respect to the DTEC Tech Resource Center/staff lab in D129 and computer classroom resources at DTEC, SMCC or WMEC.

  • Omnipage Pro software for OCR (extracting editable text from scans)
  • QuickCams (for checkout), microphones, and software for creating snapshot or video files

  • Dreamweaver for web page creation
