Take MATC’s Online Constellation Survey

February 5, 2007 | Editor

Let Your Voice Be Heard: Constellation Survey Feb. 5-16.

The AQIP Steering Team invites you to participate in a college-wide employee survey.

From February 5 through February 16 all MATC employees will have a chance to voice their opinion about what is important and how well MATC is performing in serving its students and community.

This online “Constellation Surveyâ€? is the same instrument college employees completed in the fall of 2002, prior to MATC’s involvement in the AQIP (Academic Quality Improvement Project) accreditation process. Results from this survey will be compared to the 2002 results to assess our progress.

This online survey is a precursor to the next all staff Convocation Day on March 13. On that day, we will be conducting a college-wide “conversation similar to the conversations we conducted in 2002, during which employees discussed what is important to them, what MATC is doing well and the areas that could have a great impact if improved.

SURVEY CONFIDENTIALITY IS GUARANTEED.

All results from the Constellation Survey are recorded anonymously and tallied in aggregate by an outside firm.

To access the survey, log on to survey.plexusintl.com and use MATC2 for the password. The survey has 87 lickert scaled questions that can be answered quickly with a click. If you need to stop and return to the survey simply copy the ticket number to use for reentry to the survey. Please call Scott Beard, director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, at 246-6446 if you have any questions.

Thank you.
