Come learn more about MATC’s Alternative Break program and hear from students about their projects in New Orleans, the Everglades, New York City, the Rosebud Reservation and more. Find out, too, how you can help support these fun and challenging learning experiences.
Students will share visuals and discuss their experiences with staff and students on Monday, February 19, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., in the Administration Building Board Room at Truax.
The event is hosted by WACTE, Wisconsin Association for Career and Technical Education. WACTE members work to raise awareness and educate the public and legislators on technical and career education issues and concerns. WACTE also raises money for student scholarships and offers professional development experiences for members. WACTE members will be on hand to assist anyone who like to join.
