East Washington Avenue Road Work Information
March 16, 2007 | EditorHere’s the planned work for the week of March 19th, for East Washington Avenue (Second Street to Marquette Street):
- Continued work in the median for temporary crossovers
- Temporary signal work at Fourth Street, North/Milwaukee Street, East Johnson Street and Marquette Street
- East Johnson Street at East Washington Avenue is planned to be closed on Monday, March 19, thru Friday, March 23, for installation of sanitary sewer
- Bridge work near the Starkweather Creek
- Temporary asphalt work in the median by the end of the week
- Work by private utility companies
- Bus stops will be maintained in the construction zone. See Metro website.
- There will be no parking on East Washington Avenue in the construction zone.
