A college-wide team of employees met for the first time Monday, March 26, to begin the process of analyzing the proposals from March 13 and the Constellation survey data from the AQIP Vital Focus process. The Data Analysis Team consists of 5 members of each union who were appointed by their respective union president and 3 administrative staff appointed by college vice presidents.

At the first meeting the Team confirmed their purpose of distilling the survey data and the proposals into a list of recommended college wide improvement projects from which 5 will be selected by College Council. The team has selected May 1 as it completion date. They designed the process they will use to review and sort through the quick fixes and the proposals and established ground rules.

The members of the Team are: Peggy Boerman, Chris Gargan, Dennis James, Janice Mettauer, Mary Nelson, Mic Conners, Robin MacDonald, Terry Wermuth, Patricia Williams, Barb Wise, Ron Frye, Angela Snelling, Gail Shearer, Annette Kornell, Salwa Rashad, John Alt, Scott Beard, and Lynn Forseth.
