NO Accounts Payable Checks Issued April 6 (MATC closed)

Due to the building closures that day, NO Accounts Payable checks will be issued Friday, 04/06/07! However, checks WILL BE issued (the previous) Tuesday, 04/03/07 and (the following) Tuesday, 04/10/07, and regular check runs of twice a week will resume.

Accounts Payable checks include all payments EXCEPT Payroll items. Examples would be invoices for equipment/supplies/services, travel claims, expense reports, consultants & student club reimbursements. Please remember that travel/expense claims need to be submitted to the Purchasing Dept one week prior to the payment date. So, a claim received by the Purchasing Dept by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 04/03/07, will be paid on Tuesday, 04/10/07.
