MATC Matters

The Data Analysis team met for the second time on April 9. Results of the meeting were a review of the 90 proposals from the March 13 Vital Focus conversation. The proposals were grouped by themes for potential projects and by categories for recommended immediate action or response.

The Data Analysis team is working on creating project statements from the major themes over the next 2 weeks. The proposals fell into the following themes: Communication, Partnerships, Innovation, MATC cultural issues, Alternative course delivery, Technology, Hiring, Student services, Master plan.

The team plans on having approximately 10 project statements prepared to take out to college employees for feedback by May 1. Watch MATC Matters for dates and times for listening sessions on the projects during the first week of May!
