At the sessions, AQIP Vital Focus Data Analysis Team members will present the nine project statements, along with nine themes, they developed based on the 91 proposals shared during our March 13, 2007, AQIP Vital Focus Conversation Day. Dr. Barhorst and College Council members will listen to feedback at all sessions. The AQIP Analysis team will review feedback received at each of the sessions and based on this information may make adjustments to the project statements. On May 17, College Council will be presented with the final list and will select five of the projects for inclusion in our collegewide improvement process.
For those who cannot attend a session in person, we will record the May 4 Truax session and provide a link on the AQIP website to allow employees to view the recorded session on the web. In addition, employees will be able to submit questions anonymously about the Vital Focus project statements and themes through a web form on the AQIP website. We will review and organize the questions and post them with answers as promptly as possible.
If you have any questions about theses listening session, please contact me.
