Get involved! Come to the annual WACTE meeting

An excellent way to get involved at MATC, help students and promote technical education throughout Wisconsin is to join the MATC chapter of the Wisconsin Association for Career and Technical Education or WACTE for short.
Find out more about the organization at WACTE’s Annual Meeting and Picnic on Thursday, May 17, at Burrows Park, 25 Burrows Rd, at 4 p.m. For more information see our Annual Meeting flyer (PDF: 124KB). RSVP to Mary Merkes (so we make sure we have enough food).
WACTE members work to raise awareness and educate the public and legislators on technical and career education issues and concerns. WACTE also raises money for student scholarships and offers professional development opportunities to its members. Anyone who is interested in promoting technical and career education and who would like to contribute their energy and enthusiasm is welcome!
