Reminder: District food purchasing policies and procedures
May 3, 2007 | EditorJust a friendly reminder that District Purchasing policies and procedures limit food purchases to meals incurred while traveling on College business, staff development activities or business meetings attended by outside individuals or organizations. Food or drinks purchased for retirement or resignation receptions or parties cannot be purchased with District funds. The District already provides an annual Retirement Reception which is funded from non‑tax levy dollars.
This includes food or drinks purchased from the Howlin’ Wolf Cafe, District catering, and outside organizations.
