RE: Customer Service During System Upgrade

A bulletin was issued on June 14 regarding the student administration system updgrade and transition period. MATC will be upgrading this system to the most recent version, Oracle Campus Solutions version 8.9, beginning this Friday, June 29 at 4:30 p.m., through Sunday, July 8.

It will be important to continue to provide needed services to students during this week of transition. Customer service information has been developed to assist all frontline employees and is available on MATCMatters. See:

System Transition Customer Service Information

This includes the areas of admissions and financial aid, registration, touch tone registration, the bursar’s office, and web-based/online services.

It is imperative that all staff review this information as soon as possible.
