Wellness Tip: Create your own cookbook

The CDC offers an easy‑to‑use website, allowing users to search fruit and vegetable recipes, add them to an online “cookbook,� and then print a copy of the cookbook-complete with a table of contents, recipe, nutrition facts, and diabetic exchanges.

Here are just a few of the recipes that could be part of your cookbook – Grape Kabobs, Cantaloupe Salsa, Artichoke Gondolas, Avocado Tacos, and Black Bean Gazpacho.
