Greetings!

I am writing to let you know that this summer MATC is producing a new Staff Directory listing the names, photos and work contact information for all full-time and permanent part-time employees. We are developing this paper publication for internal use as a helpful supplement to our online employee directories available on the web and through our GroupWise email system. Our goal is to help improve internal communications at the college by providing a publication that will help all employees in recognizing and contacting each other.

This publication will provide the following information for each employee listed:

• Name (in alpha order)
• OneCard Photo*
• Title
• Department or Center
• Work Phone Number
• Work Location
• Work Email Address

Please note that NO home contact information will be provided and that we do regret we are not able to list part-time faculty in this publication. Due to the large number and fluctuation of employment among our part-time faculty, it is not feasible to list part-time instructors in a paper publication.

*If you do NOT wish your OneCard photo to be used in the Staff Directory, please send an email requesting the suppression of your photo to kschulte@matcmadison.edu or call 608-246-6718 by August 1, 2007. If we do not receive an email or call from you by this date, we will include your photo in the publication. To keep our costs low and production time short, we regret we are not able to accept alternative photos for publication.
