Grade Rosters

Final Grade Rosters are due August 7, for 8-week classes.

Regional campuses should send rosters in by August 8, to make the first run of summer grade reports.

Grades of Incomplete

Please follow the procedure below if you are issuing grades of “Incomplete” for students who have not completed their summer school course(s). Prior to issuing an incomplete grade, meet with the student to agree upon the work that needs to be completed to remove the incomplete grade. Also, inform them that an “F” will be recorded if the work required to earn an appropriate grade is not turned in by the end of the fall term.

For all students being issued a grade of incomplete “I”, obtain and complete a Grade Change Form from the Enrollment Center, Regional Campus or Downtown Campus. The Grade Change Form is to be kept by the instructor and sent to the Enrollment Center when the work is completed so the incomplete can be removed and a final grade recorded on the student’s transcript.
