Cars needing manual transmission or differential repairs needed
August 13, 2007 | EditorThis message is to solicit work for the Manual Transmission Class this Fall Semester. We will be doing all manner of repair work to Manual Transmissions, which will include the following work:
- Clutch replacement
- Flywheel grinding
- Pressure Plate replacement
- U-joint service and replacement
- Manual transmission diagnostics (gear hop, noise etc)
- Simple transmission replacements
We also will be servicing rear and front differentials and transfer cases. If you have a noise coming from the differential area, we will be diagnosing and repairing those vehicles. Also, time permitting, we will be repairing C.V. shafts, including boot replacement and inspection as well as drive shaft repair.
If you have a vehicle in need of any manual transmission repairs, or differential repairs please respond to this email message. Please remember that time will be needed to adequately repair these concerns, please make arrangements for extended time away from your vehicle, possibly five days or more.
As always, you will be financially responsible for any parts needed for the repair, however there is no charge for labor. We do have an auto club that would benefit from your donations, which some have opted in lieu of a charge for labor.
To submit your vehicle for consideration, please simply reply to this email message.
