September 4, 2007 | EditorHere’s the planned work for the week of September 3 for East Washington Avenue (Second Street to Marquette Street)
Stage 5 – Work in the median from 3rd to 6th Street:
- Topsoil and landscaping work
- Electrical work in the median
Stage 4 – Reconstruction of the inbound lanes from 6th Street to Marquette Street:
- Removal of existing roadway and grading
- Water main construction
- Sanitary sewer construction
- Bridge work for the new pedestrian structure
- Demolition of existing roadway bridge
- Work by private utility companies
