Work in the median from 3rd to 6th Street (lane closure from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
- Decorative Concrete
- Topsoil and landscaping work
Stage 4 – Reconstruction of the inbound lanes from 6th Street to Marquette Street:
- Water main construction
- Sanitary sewer construction
- Johnson Street at East Washington Avenue will be closed at 6am on Monday morning Sept 10 thru Thursday Sept 13.
- Bridge work for the new pedestrian structure
- Bridge work for the new roadway bridge
- Work by private utility companies
