MATC Matters

I am pleased to announce some structural changes within Human Resources. First, we have created a records management unit to oversee the processing and maintenance of all applicant and employee records. This will include Peoplesoft – HR/Payroll, Certification, People Admin (online application system), document imaging and paper files. In order to accomplish these duties we have moved Jenny Bentley (formerly an HR Representative) to the position of Human Resource Records Supervisor. Barb Wise, clerical technician, and Patricia Williams, administrative specialist, will be part of the records management unit as well as an additional part-time PSRP position, which will be posted soon.

The majority of the Human Resources Representatives’ assignments have not changed. However, the addition of the records management unit means that Jenny’s (former) customers have been re-assigned as follows:

Arts and Sciences Center, Learner Success – Administration, including ACE, BICS, BPAC and the Regional Campuses, are now with Carol Higgans.

Construction, Manufacturing, Apprenticeship & Transportation (CMAT) is now with Julie Pahl-Washa.

Strategic Advancement is now with Gwen Torkelson.
