Silent Auction at Convocation! Online bidding!

In order to try to provide the opportunity for everyone to participate in the Silent Auction on Wednesday, during Convocation on October 24, we are trying something new this year.
You are now able to submit a bid online for an item of your choice for the Silent Auction at Convocation. Return the attached bid form to me with your BID, your NAME, and your PHONE NUMBER. If you include all this information and post your bid by noon on Monday October 22, your bid will be posted on the bid sheet of your choice. You can have someone else up your bid the day of the event or just let it stand.
We will notify the winners at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Winners have until 2:15 p.m. to pick up their items. (Please indicate if you will not be at the Truax Campus during this time, and we will contact you for delivery.)
Remember:
- no minimum bid
- bids will be in $3 increments
- submit your bid on the Silent Auction Bid Form (EXCEL: 20KB) or just email Peter Vlisides your name, the name of the item, your bid, your phone number and email.
