East Washington Ave. Construction Update
November 1, 2007 | EditorHere’s the planned work for the week of November 5 for East Washington Avenue (Second Street to Marquette Street):
6th Street to Johnson Street:
- Median work – concrete curb and gutter, electrical work, topsoil
Johnson Street to McCormick Street (traffic is in stage 4, construction on the inbound lanes):
- Concrete sidewalks and drivewaysTopsoil, sod
- Signing
- Electrical work
- Johnson Street will be closed on Thursday November 8th for grading and placement of asphalt
- Bridge work for the new pedestrian structure
- Bridge work for the new roadway bridge
East Washington Avenue will be CLOSED at Marquette Street on Sunday, November 11, from 7 to 11 a.m. A detour route will be posted using First Street (STH 113), Pennsylvania/Packers Avenue and Aberg Avenue.
