Patrick Molzahn appointed to National Skills Standards team for the woodworking industry

Patrick Molzahn (Cabinetmaking & Millwork) has been appointed to a 10-member team to help write National Skills Standards for the Woodworking Industry. The Woodwork Career Alliance of North America [WCANA] is a not‑for‑profit organization actively promoting a skilled work force for the advanced woodworking industry in the United States and Canada. The Woodwork Career Alliance will be developing Skill Standards between now and 2013 as a means to support the woodworking industry in preparing productive woodworkers. It will sponsor a voluntary assessment program which will allow woodworkers to demonstrate their competency and earn credentials that are recognized
nationwide.
