Wellness Tip: Flu Shot Clinics Still Available

Home Health United provides many other flu shot clinics from now until mid-December all over South Central Wisconsin. Find a clinic that fits into your schedule by going to the Home Health United website. You can search by city to find the clinic closest to you.
The cost of influenza vaccination is $28. Home Health United accepts cash, VISA, Mastercard, Medicaid and Medicare B. Bring your Medicare or Medicaid card to the clinic and present it to the volunteer.
If you have health insurance, you may turn in your receipt to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
