RE: New staff directories!

Hello everyone,
It is with great pleasure that I announce that our staff photo directory will be coming in your MATC mail in the next two days! My hope is that this will be a tool for building community at MATC.

New in the directory
A listing in the front of the directory that provides central phone numbers for frequently called offices and learning centers has been added. This should help all of us find the appropriate function for service needs.

Thank you to all the staff who made this possible. This has been a project that has taken many months, but we finally have a process that can be replicated annually, uses one employee database from PeopleSoft, eliminates electronic security risks, and honors individual desires related to picture inclusion.

Special thanks to Kelly Schulte, Jenny Bentley, Doug Gerbitz, Amy Kittleson, Dave Kasten, Patrick Roe, Ellen Vervoort and Hiedi Hillmer.

We have printed 2,000 copies for all employees. If someone has been missed in error, there will be extra copies in the District Stores office at Truax next to the Bookstore or by calling 6062 or emailing Pat Prihoda.
