December Mail Information from the Truax Mail Center

Remember to get your personal mail and packages out early. Military personnel, APO, and FPO addresses take extra time to reach their destination and have special requirements. Be sure to check the USPS website for updated information.
Payroll due dates have changed for the winter break. Please remember that any hard copies mailed after the due dates will not be included in the January 4, 2008, payroll/check date.
Any mail that needs to have postage applied before the winter break needs to be in the Truax Mail Center by 2 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2007. UPS cut off is 1 p.m.
If you are anticipating a bulk mailing during the months of December and January, please let us know of the approximate time so we can arrange to service your needs.
Please note that upon our return from the winter break shut down on January 2, 2008, the Mail Center and Shipping/Receiving will be experiencing excessively heavy volumes of inbound materials. Please be patient with us as we work through the mass of mail and packages.
