Stock up for holiday giving with the gift of reading! Come to the Imagine Nation Book Fair Monday, December 3, and Tuesday, December 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Main Hallway at Truax (across from the mailboxes).
A share of the proceeds will benefit the Wisconsin Association for Career and Technical Education (WACTE).
Joining WACTE is an excellent way to get involved at MATC, help students and promote technical education throughout Wisconsin. Members work to raise awareness and educate the public and legislators on technical and career education issues and concerns.
WACTE members will be on-hand at Convocation on January 8, to serve lunch AND to answers questions about membership.
WACTE also raises money for student scholarships and offers professional development opportunities to its members. Anyone who is interested in promoting technical and career education and who would like to contribute their energy and enthusiasm is welcome to join!
