Re: Interim Contract Services Manager - BICS

The College invites internal applications for the position of interim Contract Services Manager for our Business, Industry, and Community Services (BICS) unit. The Contract Services Manager markets, develops, implements, and coordinates all activities relating to business and industry customized training and technical assistance services.

This position is responsible for meeting the revenue and enrollment management goals and overseeing daily operations related to contract training services within the Business, Industry and Community Services department. This position reports to the Director of Business, Industry & Community Services. The Business & Industry Training liaisons report to this position. Other units including the Business Procurement Assistance Center, Regional Campuses, Adult Continuing Education and Learning Centers will work in concert with this position in a cross functional team approach.

The Director of Business, Industry, and Community Services is presently engaged in helping to administer the WIRED initiative and this position will assume many of her duties. This is a temporary appointment expected to last for 12 to 18 months. A Contract Services Manager (WORD: 36KB) position description is attached.
