RE: Upcoming Changes to Travel Reimbursement Process

We are pleased to announce that as of February 1, 2008, all travel reimbursement claims will be handled electronically through Concur. The system is currently available for use and you are encouraged to do so in an effort to introduce yourself to the electronic processing system. Additional information regarding the changes to the travel procedures and the electronic reimbursement process is available on MATC Matters. If you have trouble locating the article “travel” and select the article titled “Expense report and travel booking process improvements” submitted on December 5, 2007.
