Re: Mid-term Roster Information-Mid-term Grades Due March 7

Mid-term rosters for degree classes have been produced on green paper and have been placed in instructor’s mailboxes. The rosters may contain “W” grades that were submitted previously.
- Please indicate grades on the grade roster-see Mid-term Roster Instructions (WORD: 24KB) attached to this email.
- Please make a copy to retain for your own records.
- You can submit the original to the Administrative office at Regional Campus, Downtown or the Enrollment Center at Truax by March 7 (drop box at Truax located outside the Enrollment Center, room 159).
- An attempt was made to exclude the production of a mid-term roster for classes that have a start date equal to March 1 and later. If you have received a mid-term roster for a class that has just started or just ended and a mid-term grade is inappropriate, please disregard and destroy the roster or return to Registrar’s office with a note indicating “NAâ€?.
- If you did not receive a mid-term roster for one of your classes, please contact Lori McRoberts at 246-6210.
If you need another copy of your roster, please contact the Truax Enrollment Center at 246-6210 or the DT Enrollment Center at 258-2300 or your center office and request another grade roster be printed for you.
