Photography at the DRL
Photos by MATC photography students are on display at the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing at 1400 East Washington St. this week. MATC has worked with the DRL for about a year on the project. Students have been shooting photos of the dozens of professions the DRL regulates, and large prints of their work now hang in the department’s hallways. For more information see the press release.

Paintings at Michelangelos
Paintings by MATC students are on display from April 2 through May 5 at Michelangelo’s Coffeehouse downtown at 114 State St. Most works are for sale with purchase and contact info on the labels. The show includes abstracts inspired by music, inventive still-life paintings, large portraits painted with optical color mixing techniques and other expressive work. These paintings are from students in the college transfer-art classes taught at DTEC.
