MATC Matters

Please share the following information within your division.

The FY2008‑09 MATC budget was adopted at the June 11 District Board meeting. The budgets have been posted in PeopleSoft Finance and are available for review through PS reporting tools (i.e. budget status reports), however, the system is not yet opened to allow creation of purchase orders.

The ability to enter and budget check purchase orders against FY2008‑09 funds will be available on July 8, 2008. If you have any questions regarding this date or the purchase order creation process please contact Jan West (controller’s office) by email or phone at 608‑258‑2329.

The FY2008‑09 Program, Enterprise, SAB and Department Budget Status Reports will be updated and available for review on the shared network P drive on June 17. The amount of retained earnings balance on any of the FY2008‑09 Budget Status Reports is subject to change pending the final FY2007‑08 year end close.
