PSRP: Time and Labor balances

Note that the final leave balances for Fiscal Year 07-08 (through June 2008) will be calculated and carried over about July 18th. You will be able to enter leave time into the new fiscal year as it occurs, however, your new Fiscal Year 08-09 balances, including carryover, will not be viewable until later in July.
