RE: MATC Facilities Master Plan PSRP Meeting
As many of you know, MATC has begun undertaking a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan. The consultants working on this plan, JJR, Strang, Pearson Engineering, and Paulien & Associates, are now in data collection mode.
As part of that process, JJR would like to interview a wide range of campus stakeholders. An informal meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2008, in the Truax Cafeteria (lower area) from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. This meeting will allow individuals to talk openly about existing issues related to all MATC facilities, as well as discuss possible opportunities and suggestions on how the current facilities are working for staff, students and the greater community.
All PSRP staff are invited and are encouraged to attend. Please work with your supervisor to modify your schedule, should this be necessary. Interviews with the PSRP staff are critical to understanding the overall day-to-day issues of those who are the most intricately involved with students and the community and how the school operates as a whole. Please try and attend this meeting, if at all possible. More information will follow regarding the availability of ITV set-up in the lower cafeteria for regional campus live participation.
