MATC members of Wisconsin Association for Career and Technical Education (WACTE) will be serving lunch during Convocation on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday and from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. Cost is $5.
- Sloppy Joes, chips, soda/water, cookies on Monday and Wednesday
- Chicken breast sandwiches, chips, soda/water, cookies on Tuesday
WACTE is an excellent way to get involved at MATC, help students and promote technical education throughout Wisconsin. WACTE members work to raise awareness and educate the public and legislators on technical and career education issues and concerns.
WACTE also raises money for student scholarships and offers professional development opportunities to its members. Anyone who is interested in promoting technical and career education and who would like to contribute their energy and enthusiasm is welcome!
