MATC Matters

The locker rental policy at the Truax campus has changed. In an effort to improve service to students, lockers will now be available at no charge on a first come‑first served basis. Lockers will not be assigned; there is no form to fill out.

“How do students get a locker?” you ask. Any locker without a lock on it is available for students to use. However, students should not put valuables in a locker without first putting their own lock on it; the college is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Students can use the locker for as long as they like through the school year. They must remove their locks by May 22, 2009, so facilities can clean and repair them if necessary. Remaining locks will be cut and the items will be discarded.

Beginning in early May, the Student Life Office will post reminders throughout the building and on each locker with a lock on it.

There are posters up in various locations throughout the building. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the Student Life Office.
