Subject: District-Wide Facilities Master Plan
As many of you know, the College has contracted with JJR, a Madison based firm, to complete a District-wide Facilities Master Plan. This firm has spent time during the summer soliciting feedback from MATC staff regarding all of the facilities in our district.
Several more listening sessions will be held this week during Convocation. We greatly value your comments. Your input is vital to the success of the plan. If you have been unable to attend any of the past sessions or will be unable to attend the sessions scheduled this week during Convocation, you are asked to complete the attached Facilities Master Plan Input Form and submit it before the end of the day on Friday, August 22, 2008. Your comments should be submitted via email to Lori Stier.
