MATC Matters

We have had a great increase in student, customer and guest inquiries for event, seminar, workshop locations and room numbers. The MATC Calendar of Events has become the main source for this information, and we understand that not all departments and units are aware of this resource.

Use the MATC Calendar of Events to communicate information about events, meetings, testing, workshops, seminars, etc. for your areas.

To submit an item:

From the MATC Home Page:

• Click on the Calendar of Events listed under Resources in the left column.
• Click on Submit Events in the upper right hand corner.
• Enter the information as prompted and click Submit Event Request.

The webmaster will post the information as submitted or contact you if they have questions/concerns. Some departments have staff designated to post information to the Calendar of Events. Check with your respective dept. manager/leader to confirm if this resource is established.

Please add posting to the Calendar of Events to your preparation checklists. It is important that we all use the Calendar of Events to inform customers, the community and staff.
