No Accounts Payable Checks issues Sept. 2

Due to the Labor Day holiday and building closures, NO Accounts Payable checks will be issued Tuesday, 09/02/08! However, checks WILL BE issued (the previous) Friday, 08/29/08, and (the following) Friday, 09/05/08, as usual.

Accounts Payable checks include all payments EXCEPT Payroll items. Examples would be invoices for equipment/supplies/services, travel claims, expense reports, consultants and student club reimbursements. Please remember that travel/expense claims need to be submitted to the Accounts Payable office one week prior to the payment date. So, a claim received by Accounts Payable by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 08/29/08, will be paid on Friday, 09/05/08.
