Say “Cheese!” World Dairy Expo Cheese Championships to be held at Truax

Madison Area Technical College is hosting the World Dairy Expo Championships on Wednesday, August 27, and Thursday, August 28. The contest will be held in the Gourmet Dining Room at MATC’s Truax campus.
On Wednesday, (9 a.m. to 3 p.m) cheese and butter will be judged. On Thursday, (9 a.m. to 1 p.m) yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, fluid milk, buttermilk, dairy-based dips and whipping cream will be judged.
