Well Credits Begins! – New Employee Wellness Initiative
Well Credits is designed to encourage employees to take ownership of their well being by taking steps toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. MATC will support you by offering a range of wellness opportunities. Each time you participate in one of these wellness opportunities you can earn between one and five wellness credits.  Find out more by visiting the Employee Wellness Website.

If you have been thinking about signing up for Tai Chi or Yoga, but you are not sure what it is all about stop by one of the free demos going on this week.
