Valencia earns CPT certification
September 3, 2008 | EditorTheresa Valencia, lead instructor of the Plastics Technology program, is MATC’s first Manufacturing Skills Standards Council Certified Production Technician (CPT). To become MSSC certified, technicians must pass four tests to assess “core understanding of the key work activities and basic techninal knowledge needed in high-performance manufacturing as defined by MSSC’s industry-led production standards.” For more information on MSSC credentialiing, see the MSSC website.
