MATC Matters

Controlling a chronic health condition and staying healthy means keeping up on your medications. MATC employees with the following common chronic conditions can get theirs for free! 

-Asthma
-Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
-Diabetes
-Hyperlipidemia (High Cholesterol)
-Hypertension

If you have one of the conditions listed above, a WPS Registered Nurse will be contacting you to enroll in WPS Chronic Condition Management.  To receive the free drug benefit, you must fully participate and comply with the terms of our Chronic Condition Management program. 

You can also call 1-888-WPS-WELL to sign up, or if you have questions about the program. Nursing and wellness staff are available to take your calls Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
