Save a trip to the doctor’s office this fall and get your flu shot at the Truax location.

All employees, retirees and students are eligible to receive a flu shot. Spouses of employees and retirees are also eligible. No vaccines will be given to children under 18.
WPS and GHC members must present their insurance card to allow for direct billing to WPS or GHC. Without an insurance card, members will have to pay $25 and then send in a reimbursement form.
The fee for all other employees and students is $25. No appointments necessary, walk-ins welcome.
