MATC Matters

Two new talented individuals, Ellen Foley and Michelle Downer are now working in the Foundation office. They bring a depth and breadth of experience sure to produce great results. Both Ellen and Michelle filled previous positions occupied by Lynette Hertel and Beth Eggemeier.

Ellen left her job as editor of the Wisconsin State Journal earlier this month to focus on her husband’s health and spend more time with her family. Her new job as Director of Development (working with Bob Dinndorf–Executive Director of the Foundation) will utilize Ellen’s vast marketing and communication skills, as well as her many community contacts (read more about Ellen in the Announcements and Kudos section of MATC Matters).

Michelle came to MATC from the Overture Center where she was a Development Assistant. Michelle’s past experience includes the Wisconsin Foundation for Independent Colleges and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. As Administrative Specialist for the MATC Foundation, Michelle will be the first point of contact in the office as well as a prospect researcher.
