Say hello to more of MATC’s newly-hired or promoted employees.

Luanne Borowicz
ABE Math/Science Instructor
MATC-Truax

Prior to coming to MATC, Luanne taught science at community colleges in Illinois and Arizona. Luanne is now an instructor in the Truax Learning Center, where she’ll be helping students with a variety of courses. Luanne says she enjoys the team spirit at MATC and is thrilled to be working here. When she’s not hard at work, Luanne likes to go for a walk outside and enjoy nature.   

Melissa Hayden
Laboratory Coordinator
MATC-Truax

Before arriving at MATC, Melissa was in private practice (Middleton) and had also held jobs at the Milwaukee County Zoo and the UW Madison Medical School. If Melissa’s name sounds familiar, it’s because she has been working part-time at MATC since January 2002. She’s also a MATC graduate! When Melissa is not at MATC, she’s busy spending time with her husband and their two crazy boxer dogs.

Ana Turk
Business Instructor
MATC-Truax

If you have any banking questions—ask Ana. She has 21 years of banking experience! She’s now using all that experience to teach bilingual business classes at MATC. She describes her new job as “a wonderful and challenging new part of her life.” When she’s not giving somebody the “business”, Ana enjoys kayaking, water color painting and dancing.
