RE:       Course Outlines of Instruction Are Now Posted on the Web

Greetings all,

Through a collaborative, cross-functional effort, the Outlines of Instruction are back on the web.

When you choose a degree credit course from the listing of courses on the web, you will see a link that says, “Outline of Instruction“. When you click on the link, it will pull up a PDF of the outline. For example, here’s  the outline of instruction for Family Law. A shortcut to seeing a specific outline, rather than searching the web, is to use
http://matcmadison.edu/course-descriptions/XXXXXXXX.pdf and complete the 8-digit course number (no dashes) where the X’s are.

Any outlines that are not on file with the CETL office will show a “placeholder” page when you click on the Outline of Instruction link. This placeholder page tells the student to contact the specific Center that offers the course. If this placeholder page shows up and you do have an outline for that course, please forward the outline to Curriculum Consultant Tina Rettler and she will help you get your outline posted.

Thank you for your patience while we worked out the logistics to get the outlines posted on the web.
