MATC Matters

With the upcoming extended school closure, please get your mail to us early. 

Mail that is dated and must be out before the break will need to be to the Mail Center by 3 p.m. on December 23rd. All school related packages will need to be to us by 2 p.m. on the 23rd so that we are able to process in time prior to vendor pickup. The U.S. Post Office and other shippers will be delivering on the 26th.
 
We will be open January 2nd from 7:30 - 4 p.m. We expect to have heavy mail volume when we get back from break, and will be extremely busy with sorting mail. We will do a run to the Madison campuses, but it may run late due to weather or mail volume received by the Mail Center.
