Important Time Entry Notice—PSRP

On December 15th and/or 16th, all full-time PSRP must record their on-line time entries for December 14th through January 1.* 

You will be entering your anticipated work time for the full week of December 14th so that Payroll processes may begin early due to the school closing. After December 16th, no more on-line entries will be recognized by payroll for the month of December. 

If the forecasted entries you make need to be revised, a paper timesheet marked REVISED should be submitted to your supervisor at the end of the work week for signature. The supervisor will sign and forward the timesheet to the Payroll office.

ENTRIES FOR SCHOOL CLOSING PERIOD 12/24/08 – 01/01/09

1. For FT PSRP normally working during this period:

Enter the Time Reporting Code of Holiday and your normal number of hours for each day (excluding days your would not normally work such as Saturday and Sunday).

2. For FT PSRP not normally working during this period of time:

If your schedule is such that you have leave without pay for more than two consecutive weeks before or after this period of time (12/24/08 – 01/01/09), no time should be entered (or will be paid) during this period.

If you’re normally off during this period of time but do not fall into the category stated above, you should enter the Time Reporting Code of Holiday and your normal number of hours for each day (excluding days your would not normally work such as Saturday and Sunday).

*If you’re unable to access a computer on 12/14/08 or 12/15/08 to record your time for the period of 12/14/08 – 01/01/09, please contact the Payroll Office or call 258-2341 to discuss alternatives.
