New Dean of Health and Safety Education

I am pleased to announce MATC has hired a new Dean of Health and Safety Education. His name is Dr. Mark Lausch and he begins his duties on March 16. 

Dr. Lausch comes to us from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork where he served as the Chief Credentialing Officer and the Director of Education. He has held positions at Triton College as the Associate Vice President of Instructional Technology and the College of DuPage where he was the Coordinator for Instructional Development. Dr. Lausch has also served as a member of the faculty at the College of DuPage and Northern Illinois University. 

Mark was a principal in Logical Level, an organizational effectiveness firm, and Kaiser Logic, an Artificial Intelligence software development firm. He also served as a Health Educator for McHenry County Illinois. 

Dr. Lausch earned an Ed.D. from Northern Illinois University in Instructional Technology in 2004, a Masters in Public Health from Northern Illinois in 1998, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Trinity Christian College in 1981.
