June 30, 2009 | wbessetteDon’t forget…MATC’s annual dual choice enrollment period for health insurance ends Tuesday, June 30 for August 1, 2009 coverage.
Any employee currently insured by either WPS or GHC may change carriers during this enrollment period. If you wish to make a change, contact Cindi Rutten at (608) 243-4133 or Brian Nesbit at (608) 258-2436.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO CHANGE PLANS…NO ACTION IS NECESSARY.
